This year’s Easter Egg Hunt for
Children’s Hope International was held on Good Friday, April 6, 2007. We
had approximately 30 families in attendance for the event on an unseasonably
cold day with flurries! We had "bunny" cookie decorating and a craft
table inside the pavilion and 400 eggs scattered across the grassy area.
There were specially decorated eggs hidden, and the kids that found the eggs
were given a prize, which was a small animal toy. Crafts consisted of bunny
masks made out of paper plates and Easter themed coloring pages. Everyone
seemed to enjoy themselves and the kids had a blast finding the eggs.
