UNITED STATES EMBASSY MOSCOW, RUSSIA CONSULAR SECTION

When a member of the general public comes to the U.S. Embassy or Consulates in Russia, the likelihood is that it is to visit the Consular Section. The Consular Section provides U.S. government services for American citizens abroad (ACS), and issues immigrant (IV) and nonimmigrant (NIV) visas to citizens of other countries.
