The Kansas City office received referrals for 3 beautiful little girls on May 1, 2007. The next batch of referrals will start with those families with a log in date of November 2, 2005. We do not have a date from CCAA for the next batch of referrals, but we are hoping they will come soon! The current wait time from log in date to referral is 18 months. We are expecting our next group of waiting children in July. 

So far this year, the Kansas City office of CHI has helped bring 21 children home from China to their forever families in the United States. We currently have over 130 families somewhere between the application stage and referral. Nationwide, CHI has over 850 dossiers in China. WOW!

Jackie and Steve from Oklahoma City adopted their daughter, Gabriella in March from the Lianjiang Province.

This was too beautiful for us to keep to ourselves! This exquisite photo of two little girls adopted from China includes a poem written by one of the girl's mothers. We thought everyone should have the chance to see it!
