Children's Hope Benefits
Children's Hope International offers medical, dental and vision
coverage
to all employees. Dependents and spouses may be added for an additional cost.
Our employees enjoy 12 to 22 paid vacation days
(depending on years of
service), 9 paid holidays and 10 sick days per year.
Our
Flexible
Spending Account plan
allows our employees to enroll in a
pre-tax incentive program to cover health related expenses or child care
expenditures.
All
employees can enroll in a 401(k) plan through Mass Mutual after
90 days of
continued employment, and are vested 100% upon enrollment. Children's
Hope may match up to 25%, up to 6% of the employee’s compensation.
