Group Leader

Help CHI coordinator with communications with families and help group members to arrive on time for appointments.

Tip money for the local guides and bus drivers for your child's province and Guangzhou will be given to the group leader by CHI before traveling.  It will be the responsibility of the group leader to give the tips to the local guides & bus drivers before you leave that city.   

We try to anticipate all tips, but there maybe an instance or changes in the schedule where the group leader may have to request some additional tip money from the families.  The group leader is given authorization to make adjustments according to service that is provided. 

Group Leader will present three gifts. Gifts will be collected, put into bags and will be presented to the following people:

● Orphanage Director                   ● Registrar                              ● Notary 

Smaller gifts will be collected and presented to the caregivers (aunties) as a group at the time you receive your children. (Note: the auntie who presents your child may not have been his/her principal caregiver.)
