This authority includes the right to appear for me before all Russian and United States government offices and courts, sign all necessary legal documents for me, retain any other necessary attorneys or agents in Russia in order to facilitate the adoption and obtain any documents needed for the child, and to obtain the passport, any necessary visas, travel documents, or to make any travel arrangements for our child's travel from Russia to the United States.

Granting and giving unto said representative in fact full authority and power to do and perform any and all other acts necessary or incident to the performance and execution of the power herein expressly granted, with power to do and perform all acts authorized hereby, as full to all intents and purposes as the grantor might or could do if personally present, with full power of substitution.
