KAZAKHSTAN PROGRAM UPDATES
Families Flying to Almaty
Nine Children's Hope families have traveled to Kazakhstan so far
in 2008. Of those nine families: one family has completed their
adoption and is home with their child, one family is in country
currently picking up their child, one family leaves to pick up
their child next week, and two families are waiting on their
invitation for their final trip where they will pick up their
child.
10th Birthday of Astana
Ten years ago, the capital of
Kazakhstan was moved to Astana. Astana is where the Ministry of
Education is located and where your dossier stays until it is
assigned a region. Read about the progress that has taken place
there in the past ten years:

Children’s Hope adoptive
mom Gretchen Bilbro is an organizer for Kazapalooza, a event for
all children adopted from Kazakhstan and their parents. This
little cutie was an attendee for the first ever event. Check the
