Our Accreditations

RUSSIA PROGRAM UPDATES

Children’s Hope wants to assure you that Russian adoptions continue.

We have it on the best authority: the Ministry of Education continues to work on processing the accreditation and delays are due to paperwork issues alone. There are no rumors circulating about a moratorium or for Russian adoptions to discontinue. We believe the accreditation issue will be resolved within the next several months allowing us to work in all of our nine current regions. Children’s Hope will begin working in two new regions as well, Perm and Krasnoyarsk.

Lucas — a bright, inquisitive, and high energy boy — was adopted in June 2005 from Russia. Home in Missouri for two years now, parents Brian and Melissa feel like he's been part of the family from the start! Taking pictures with bunnies and chicks was only the beginning of a Easter celebration which saw a giant BBQ, egg hunt, and a family centered day. Mom Melissa had her children’s Easter baskets ready for weeks!
