Still Waiting for
Accreditation
The Russia team continues to
work with families waiting in the process while we await
accreditation in Russia.

Andi and
Taylor Carroll came home to Louisiana in December with
their new baby girl Madison (now 20-months-old) from
Russia. It didn’t take long in the hot state for
temperatures to rise and for Madison to find her new
favorite activity —swimming! “She's doing wonderfully.
She's growing like a weed and is happy as can be! I know
we're still in the honeymoon phase, but we really just
couldn't be more thrilled about our experience,” says
Mom Andi.
