Those suffering disabilities in the
third world are typically deprived of basic public services such
as healthcare and education. When subject to discrimination,
these individuals are left dependent, unemployed and unskilled.

A new project for Children?s Hope
International seeks to change the future of 31 older and
disabled orphans of the Kolfe Keraniyo Sub-City in Addis Ababa,
Ethiopia. For a full year, these new students will receive
tuition and necessary transportation to one of several training
colleges. Along with awareness and counseling programs, the
project aims to give technical/vocational training to enable
self-reliance in their future life.
