As predicted, 84 children will come home this year to 44 families. It has been an amazing year for the Colombia program. Each one of these children is precious and very much chosen and wanted, some for the first time in their lives. Please say a special prayer as ALL of these families begin their adjustment period during the holidays, with all the events and gifts and general chaos that comes with the season. I know the families will appreciate it!

When Janine and Scott Shinn traveled to Colombia to finalize their adoption of twin brothers Andres and Juancho and sister Shirley, they enjoyed Colombia?s year-round 80 degree weather. Then they brought the lovable threesome to their home state of Utah.

?I'm glad our kids love the snow!? laughs Janine. The happy parents adopted the 3-year-old twins and 9-year-old sister in February 2007.
